Gymnaestrada

Gymnaestrada is an unique form of participation in gymnastics by anyone of any age or skill level. It is an element of Gymnastics For All that is non-competitive, includes a variety of performance, games and sport activities, with or without apparatus and is suitable for all people - from the young to the elderly and for those with physical or developmental disabilities.

Gymnaestrada's main focus is on mass participation in gymnastics. The goals of Gymnaestrada are to promote and encourage the growth of Gymnastics for All, inspire and encourage joy in exercise and to demonstrate the development of the participants.
